What is Unity by Hard Rock?
Unity by Hard Rock is a global loyalty program unlike any other. For the first time in our 50 year history, you can earn incredible rewards while staying, dining, shopping, gaming and doing what you love at participating Hard Rock Cafes, Hotels, and Casinos – anywhere in the world.
What happens to existing programs like Hard Rock Rewards and Wild Card Rewards?
Hard Rock Rewards
Hard Rock Rewards was retired on July 11, 2022. A new Unity account was reserved for all members to ensure a seamless transition to the Unity program. Members received an email and need to simply review and accept new Terms & Conditions to activate their reserved Unity account, which allows their Rewards account history and activity to be moved over to their new Unity account.
- Any unspent Hard Rock Rewards earnings will be converted to Unity Points.
- Any Free Hotel Night Certificates or Cafe offers will redeemable until their expiration date. Contact Customer Care to book your stay.
Seminole Wild Card
Seminole Wild Card has been retired as of September 27, 2022. A new Unity account was reserved for all members to ensure a seamless transition to the Unity program.
- Former Seminole Wild Card members with online credentials, you can log in to Unity by Hard Rock with your new account number (or email address on-file) and your «old» Seminole Wild Card online account password.
- Former Seminole Wild Card members wihtout online credentials, we reserved a new Unity Account number for you. If you have not activated the new Unity account number we emailed and reserved for you, please activate online.
Wild Card Rewards
Participating casino loyalty programs like Wild Card Rewards will retire when Unity by Hard Rock launches at the participating property. Continue using your Wild Card Rewards account until Unity by Hard Rock rolls out at your location. Visit participating locations.
How do I sign up for a new Unity by Hard Rock account?
To create a new Unity by Hard Rock account, you can follow these steps:
- Go to our sign up page to create a new account.
- Fill in the required information.
- Once you have filled out the form, click on the «Create Account» button.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a link to verify your email address. Click on the link to complete the signup process and activate your online account.
After completing the signup process, you can log in to your new Unity by Hard Rock account and start enjoying the benefits, including exclusive offers, discounts, and promotions at participating Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock locations worldwide.
What are Unity Points and how do I earn them?
Unity Points are earned every time you game, purchase food, buy merchandise, or stay the night at one of our Hard Rock hotels. Unity Points work just like cash at any participating Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming location.
You can earn 3 Unity Points for every $1 spent in any participating cafe and non-casino hotel, and 1 Unity Point for every $1 spent on all other non-gaming spend in casinos. Unity Point earning rates for gaming at our casinos will vary at each casino based on your individual game play.
What are Tier Credits?
Tier Credits are a measure of your progress toward your next Unity Tier status. They are earned based on your total gaming or non-gaming qualifying spend in a calendar year (January 1st through December 31st). You earn 1 Tier Credit for every $1 spent in participating cafes and hotels, as well as on dining and retail outside of the cafe. Tier Credit earning rates will vary at each casino based on your game play. Total annual tier Credits = Tier Score. Your Tier Score will reset at the beginning of each year.
What if I have Hard Rock Cafe offers through my membership in Hard Rock Rewards?
Unredeemed cafe offers are redeemable through their expiration dates.
How do I book a hotel stay to earn Unity Points?
To earn Unity Tier Credits and Unity Points for hotel reservations, a qualified stay must be booked directly with Hard Rock Hotels. You can also make your hotel reservation via Unity by Hard Rock.
To ensure your Unity Points are accurately credited to your Unity account, provide your Unity by Hard Rock account number when making reservations and at hotel check-in.
Does Unity have a tier match program?
Yes, you can be upgraded to a matching Unity by Hard Rock tier by presenting your valid loyalty card from an eligible casino.
Visit the Player’s Club or your Casino Host and present your valid loyalty card from an eligible casino.
